We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Your browser stores a single small flag only to remember that you have dismissed the privacy notice; this is not used to track you.
How we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work, and, where we go on to work together, the performance of a contract with you.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are recorded in our business systems within Microsoft 365 and are accessible only to the firm's principals. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We may use trusted service providers (for example Microsoft) to operate our systems, who process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for [retention period, e.g. 12 months] afterwards, then delete it, unless we have begun working together, in which case we keep records for the period required for our business and legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@raefinancial.co.uk.
